Machining Supervisor
1st shift
Must be a leader that can work with minimal supervision effectively. This individual must be independent and self-motivated. Would supervise and coordinate activities of workers on 3 shifts who are responsible for running parts on horizontal, vertical machining centers, along with other operations.

• Five years experience
• Understanding of vertical and horizontal machining centers
• Knowledge of cutting tools
• Blueprint reading
• Continuous process improvements
• On time delivery
• Improve processes/standards
• Insure safety procedures
• Develop and ensure quality and efficiency
• Inventory control/computer skills
• Training, etc.

This position requires someone who has very strong organizational skills. This is a job shop environment, which requires clear and precise thinking.

Quality Tech
1st and 2nd Shift

• Knowledge of machining operations, with focus on gauging, capability studies, statistical techniques, R & R studies, corrective and preventive action procedures
• Experience with CMM operation, measuring techniques. ( PC-DMIS & Calypso)
• Knowledge of PPAP requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Process Audits
• Management of subcontractors
• Print management

Hours would be for 1st shift starting at 5:00 AM and 2nd starting at 2:00 PM. We are currently working over 45 hours per week including week-ends. Additional requirement will be discussed in interview process.
Maintenance
1st Shift Part Time

• Must have 3-5 years previous plant maintenance experience
• Must have mechanical and electrical experience in plant setting
• All around maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be flexible with hours worked

1st Shift

• Previous experience with casting is required
• Must have excellent attendance record
• Must be able to work long hours and week-ends
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
